Vastad
Emberfort is a sturdy fort in the island of Vastad. the fort has an outer wall that holds a small town inside. The town has a strange history
First belonging to lord Elmin Ember in 1997 AF, But most notably Besieged and captured by Vikkas Vicemyr in 3604 resulting in declaration of war, that war would end up being the Great Regent War. The Island was in control of the vicemyr family and used as a threatening millitary outpost, stationed close to Vignile it worked well to provoke the high king Hagan Cross.
In 3648 Hagan Cross retaliated and attacked Emberfort, he succeeded and claimed it as a vassal to the Cross, and still to this day the island of Vastad and the Emberfort is under Cross rule. Cross granted Lordship to Sir Jon Seahorse who mysteriously vanished leaving Durthu (later lord Durthu Ember) in charge. Lord Durthu accepted a wave of darken refugees from the witherlands after they were attacked by Niithin and the Durmandar in 3648. Now the population still holds an impressive amount of Darken as its inhabitants.

- Emberhall, Castle at fort ember most notable for the dragonkeep that was built while the castle was under Vikkas's Rule
- the Old Mage tomb. A cave/tomb built long ago under the Emberfort near the sea, none have entered it in fear of awakening something horrid
