Alano Cosma
Alano was the head of transmutation at Ervelt Magic Academy for many years. Then, about seven years before the start of the campaign, he was suddenly stripped of his spell books and exiled. His crimes have not been made public and very little is known about what he was removed for. The only things that are known is that Shaxiros was involved in the cover up, receiving freedom from all typical constraints as payment for his silence in the matter. It was also discovered by the party that Tylen had blackmailed Alano into receiving magic lessons from him. It was heavily implied that this was related to what got Alano exiled, either that he gave unauthorized magic lessons or due to the blackmail.
