Ilie

Ilie (pronounced Ill-eye) was a student at the Ervelt Magic Academy until he recently went missing. He was a transmutation wizard who was upset that his former mentor, Alano Cosma was expelled. He sees his mentor's expulsion as a terrible slight and wanted to get revenge on the people he felt were responsible. He was captured in a secret hideout and is now in custody. After being questioned by Pyren it was determined that he had a questionable plan at best that was simultaneously driven by revenge, "justice" and an attempt to exonerate Alano. He did have some justifiable concerns about the way that mages are treated by the academy, but these seemed secondary to his list of believed slights. He believes that his master was actually exiled because the headmaster felt threatened by how skilled/talented Alano was and believed that Alano wanted his position. He saw everyone else as opportunistic pawns more than the root of the problem.
