Marigold Ridge
Marigold Ridge rises up on the tail of the Northern Isle, beyond Stern. It looks out over the tropical Jungle know as Alam Bébas.
The yellow stunning flowers grow in various sizes on the ridge, bobbling in the coastal winds, looking to have a glorious view of Alam Bébas and the Scuttle Bay and the seas surrounding the Northern Isle's tail.
Treant also live on the ridge. The oldest Treant of the area, Brybark, stands on the edge of the high ridge looking out of Alam Bébas.
The other four treants of the area move slowly and cautiously through the flowers, Caretakers for the Marigolds and the Wild Magic. The are often not seen as more the standard trees, although their chuckles at the effects of the Wild Magic, is heard on the wind.
Wild magic thrives amongst the marigolds. Not usually causes sleep. The effects are felt the longer spent in amongst the flowers:- 1st hour = roll on Wild Magic Chart
3rd hour = hear the 'children' marigolds singing nursary tunes
5th hour = roll on Wild Magic Chart again
Sleep = chaotic dreams and wake with flowers growing amonst your hair + roll on Wild Magic charts again.
The main route through to Alam Bébas is via the Marigold Ridge. Trying to go around the South side under the cliffs was dangerous.
