The world of Eternitas is a vast and diverse land that houses many different plants, beasts, peoples, monsters, towns, cities, countries, and even many buried or long forgotten secrets.
The world is home to a pantheon of gods that watch over and guide the mortals that seek their guidance. The year is measured by the cycle of the Moon, which is home to the gods of the four seasons. As each season changes the four siblings of the moon take place of the moon for their season while the other 3 roam the earth.
To the West there is the great forest of Va'el and the great Elven city of
Lothoras. To the southwest is the long ruined and forgotten Dead Kingdom and its long since seen city of Nara'shu. The Red Plains house the human stronghold
New Lenthras .
In the South lies the dessert of Zir, home of those of draconic ancestry in their capitol of
Ziris , enjoying their isolation. Across the scale hills and Mountains and near the swamps of Miredeep in the marshes of Cardus is the renegade city of
Sparrowrest , where those who wish to make a new name or avoid more strict laws make their home.
North of this lies the massive crossroads trade city of
Arden , which grew from the discovery of great Cobalt deposits within the Korim mountains to the East. North of Ardenia lies the mostly unsettled lands of Urshok, with only one minor settlement of Sundrom, the lands are known to be wild and dangerous, housing many very dangerous beasts and monsters as well as savage humanoids that call it their home.
To the near west in the center of the continent is the Fortress of
Riverfield , acting as a bastion protecting the nearby lands from the dangers of the Burnt Hills, a strange phenomena that seems to be a tear from the plane of fire. Dangerous creatures and strange magics inhabit the land. Across the dangerous hills lies the hilled forests of Tal-Onarafel which hosts a harmonious dwarvern and elvish city of
Vellardin . The city is famed for its excellent arcane practitioners and excellent crafters. Now isolated they search for answers about the Burnt Hills to possibly cleanse them.
To the far north lies the arctic tundra referred to simply as The Expanse, a dangerous and brutal winter landscape that lies almost completely uncharted and unexplored. On the Eastern border of the Expanse lies Dreshmoor, an unusual, dangerous cursed forest that seems to be slowly, over the course of centuries eating the forests of Tal-Onarafel.
