Tinkergarde Kingdom

Population of Kingdom – 200,000 Major Cities – Billowburg (Capital: 20,000 - Capital of the Coastal kingdom. Gnomes rule in a council. Port city. Tech is more advanced than in most nations.) Tempermere (10,361), Forestpass (8,142) Towns – Twirlfell (1,401), Ethervale (4,397), Kabatua (3,330), Tyrodale (3,471), Rubycliff (3,125) Also, The country of Tinkergarde used to be influenced by magic in the Age of Magic with a school of magic and powerful magic users. The mages attempted to create a magical barrier to protect their whole country before the Astral Horrors attacked, but it unleashed a surge of wild magic changing the world around them, and unknown to them creating the beastwalkers of the Northern Forests. Since "The Incident" occurred at 1001 DA, the people of Tinkergarde are wary of ANY elemental magic, and have instead through the help of the Gnome population created a vast array of technological advancements leading the Gnomes to become the ruling class. So its only in the last 500 or so years that the Gnome population has exploded. Gnomes can live from 350 to 500 years. So these would be 1st and 2nd generation gnomes that are ruling Tinkergarde. Tinkergarde has had tensions with the Tieflings of Pantoran Village and the dwarves of the Wyvernview Kingdom. They also trade with the Harengon. The Tiefling Carnival travels through the towns and villages of TInkergarde in an effort to reduce those racial tensions. With this in mind, Tinkergarde should be populated by several other shorter lived races that look very similar to the gnomes, since the shock of the Tieflings appearance is part of what caused the racial tensions between the two. So possibly halflings, humans, and small group of half elfs.  Reopened in 1420.
