IotWW: 28. Disused Secret Room
Purpose / Function
- When evil held sway in the territory, this place served as the meeting room and headquarters of the folk opposed to the Temple.
- It still contains many bunks built along the walls, several tables and benches, stools, and carefully stored arms, their metal greased against rust.
- Food, clothing and bedding are easily moved to the place from the Inn.
Architecture
- The ceiling of this room is very low compared to the rest of the cellar.
- A false crawl space, flagged with stones and a layer of earth, is between it and the inn floor above.
- The room is thus nearly soundproof.
