Mr. New Vegas

Mr. New Vegas is the popular founder and day host of Radio New Vegas. Starting in 2275 with the opening of New Vegas under Robert House, Mr. New Vegas gained immediate fame due to his smooth voice, attitude, and kindness. By 2281 he was considered the most famous man in the Mojave Wasteland, with millions tuning in to listen to him every day. 
By 2283, the city and indeed the entire Free Economic Zone of the Mojave, was in the midst of a renaissance. Under the Courier Radio New Vegas was moved to the Lucky 38 Casino, with the building itself serving as a radio tower Vegas's signal now reached across the Southwest, and he quickly became popular within the New California Republic as well.
By 2290 Radio New Vegas had become far more than what it originally was, it included shows, interviews, news reports, weather reports, and even business reports. Mr New Vegas stunned the world again in 2298 when he announced that Lady Violet would be taking over as his night host, further innovating his station in the rapidly changing world around him, though he insists he did it simply "because she asked, and I couldn't say no."
Near the turn of the century he was making more and more appearances around Vegas, stating: "It's nice that I can get out a little now."
Folks who meet him describe him as the kindest man you'll ever meet, though he insists he's just being himself.
