More and more of Steer City’s cattle farming is being industrialized as corporations like Lasalle Bionational buy up vast tracts of land and set up automated meat processing plants.
History
A United Americas colony world situated 29 light–years Rimward–Trailward from Earth, Terraform 3 was a result of the third and only successful attempt to terraform a planet in the Gamma Leporis System, with Weyland Corp managing to convert the planet's surface into lush farming land. Though Weyland eventually moved its concerns elsewhere, corporations such as Lasalle Bionational took an interest in Terraform 3's thriving cattle industry and commandeered large stretches of terrain to introduce automated production facilities. Despite this increasing corporatization, smaller outfits such as Carvalho's Cuts and the Steer City Cattle Company also plied their trade on Terraform 3.Flora and fauna
