Demeter

The mother of Core and the former high priestess of the temple of the goddess of the Harvest in the capital of Tunis. Captured by the Caarth who salted the temple's fields and taken to their citadels in the Pearl Sea, she was presumed dead by her daughter but saved by Gin & Meade and taken on their adventures with them. She fell in love with Prince Bomwambe; he was drawn to her but only expressed his feelings after they shared a great adventure in the city of Khartoum.
