The state of Ribaulti and Aligotarian beliefs prior to the creation of the Magg Stones is unknown, as there is no written or archeological evidence to support it's existence. However, it is unlikely that they had no faith in higher powers or the world around them. It is very likely that Magg Stone was an amalgamation of Ribaultian and Alogtarric beliefs, as evidenced by the existence of both an Aligotarian-like and Ribaulti-like deity.
