Gatalak

Gatalak is the southern province of the empire of Ænadó in northeastern Túlmikkía. It's bordered by Mapaajes to the west, Depem to the north and Valmta to the east, and is the only landlocked province of the Ænateans, covering the northern and central Talax Mountains.
Gatalak's main settlement is the town of Asá.
Most of the inhabitants in the region are native Taxótans along with ænateans and even a few Vevúni from beyond the mountains. Plenty of wild game -including hares and tapirs- is found in Gatalak, and mines, quarries and a number of villas producing all kinds of fruits and vegetables dot the province as well.
