Ynamok

Ynamok is the language of the Ænateans of northeastern Túlmikkía, and serves as the official language of their empire of Ænadó. Originally a dialect of enmohó, language of the Enans of southeastern Emlas, ynamok has since changed to the point that the two groups can barely understand each other.

Writing System

The ænateans write using an alphabet called tondmok, which is near identical to the enan one except for being three letter shorter.

Geographical Distribution

Ynamok is mostly spoken in Ænadó, the Fom Islands and throughout most of the Talax Mountains, with smaller communities found in Vagalkan, Aam, the coastal cities of Dalra and the southeastern province Atal-Ódolalx of Resak.

Vocabulary

Most of the ynamok's vocabulary is derived from enan tongue, though many names for plants and animals native to NE-Túlmikkía and certain food have been borrowed from the languages of the Taxótans and Danteks as well.
