Demographics
Aside from Ænateans, the city has a large community of Taxótans, either belonging to tribes which inhabited the region before Ænadó or hailing from the Talax Mountains to the east. A few galkans from Vagalkan live in Pamsa as well.
Industry & Trade
The city is an important producer of raisin wine, an ænatean speciality, and black corn beer known by locals as liquid obsidian, which are sold in exchange for goods from Vagalkan and, further west, Orrs, such as tobacco, salt, myrrh and copper.
Pigeons are also raised in great numbers by pamsans, mostly for squab, which is as popular there as more traditional guinea pigs and mutton.
