Moradin
Before the world existed, there was Moradin, Goddess of Creation. She was benevolent, kind, and above all beautiful.
In the beginning, there was nothing. Alone atop her throne she sat, what would be the world currently an empty void. Isolation was terrible, an soon tears welled up in her eyes. As the tears dropped, however; there ripples formed worlds. From the origin of the drop formed the Material Plane, a world called Gaya Maahes. Moradin immediately took notice and was intrigued. This new world birthed form her tears was vast. Beasts of the land, sea, and air roamed about while monsters and dragons took to mountains and caves. The world was beautiful, but to Moradin, empty. She drew a dagger from her belt and pricked the end of her finger. From that point a single drop of blood fell upon the world. From it six races were born. Human, dwarf, dragonborn, orsimer, elf, and goliath rose from the earth. They moved quickly, creating communities and wandering the earth.
Moradin saw this and was pleased, and for centuries she viewed it along side her partner, friend, and confidant Abaddon, the God of Destruction, and together they maintained balance in the world.
