Upon analysis of reports of the final yearly quarter, an abnormally large amount of paranatural cases were noticed increasing at an exponential rate since June 2016.   It was a decision made by the Federal Bureau of Investigation to re-open the Institute for Paranatural Control under the leadership of Terrence Vigil.
