Ser Harlik was sent by The Order of the Broken Key to establish a Chapter-House in Haycastle as part of King Tyon I Cray's initiative to bring The Kingdoms of Rotheval and Somercrag closer by granting some of the Rothevalian Knightly Orders leave to establish outposts in Somercrag from which to go questing.
In 446KS ser Harlik took a gruesome injury. He knighted his Neophyte, Annarel on his deathbed. Annarel took up ser Harlik's name and heraldry.
