Terin Foxworth was born to Sanah and ser Newall Foxworth, a Hedge Knight.
ser Matthis Cray died in his sleep at the age of fifty-four.
ser Newall Foxworth returned to Baremaw with his young daughter Terin and Sanah heavily pregnant with Mattheo. He and ser Tyon Cray buried their father together and drank long into the night in celebration of his memory. But ser Newall departed swiftly the following morning, and the two did not see each other again for over a decade.
Mattheo Foxworth was born to Sanah and ser Newall Foxworth, a Hedge Knight.
Sanah Foxworth died in the summer of 436KS, one of the last casualties of The Sickness.
ser Newall Foxworth visited his children Terin and Mattheo on his way to The Pass.
On the day of the mid-winter Solstice ser Newall Foxworth was wedded to Lady Ophelia Hayford, the younger sister of Duke Brennar Hayford.
The wedding was arranged by ser Sola Somercrag and her Chancellor Lady Laycie Sawler as a reward for ser Newall's actions during The Battle of Starfield.
As part of this arrangement ser Newall founded House Foxworth of Fairstrand and took up the Lordship of part of the land ceded to The Kingdom of Somercrag .
As the heir to House Foxworth of Fairstrand, Terin Foxworth was made a Ward of ser Sola Somercrag, like her step-mother Lady Ophelia Foxworth-Hayford before her.
She travelled to The City of Bayglen with ser Sola and her Chancellor Lady Laycie Sawler to gain an education in courtly skills and politics, and to hopefully make a connection that would Secure the Future of her house.
She was granted a small home with a garden just off The Royal Lawn in Bayglen. She brought with her some guards from House Hayford of Haycastle, as well as Marlena and Aiden, friends from her time living in Caedwig Forest.
The Royal Party, led by ser Sola Somercrag and made up of the various guests of the celebration at Haycastle, passed through Arrowbreach on their way to return to The City of Bayglen.
The Royal Party, led by ser Sola Somercrag and made up of the various guests of the celebration at Haycastle, completed their return journey to The City of Bayglen with a short boat journey.
During her tme as the Ward of ser Sola Somercrag, Terin Foxworth attended the royal court in The City of Bayglen. She befriended a number of other young members of various houses, including Darran and Portar Winthrop, Ayara Blackmyre and Lendsey Prester, but she made the strongest connection with Hellna Gaunt, the daughter of Duchess Mariella Gaunt-Goulsblud.
Portar Winthrop, second child of House Winthrop of Hess Hall, brought news of The Battle of Hess Hall before Queen Malina Somercrag, demanding that Duke Brennar Hayford be brought before the royal court and tried for the attack and the death of Portar's parents ser Dominic and Lady Alson Winthrop and their eldest son ser Daltis.
This news, or the lack of an immediate satisfactory response from the Queen, spurred riots throughout the capital. They were only ended when ser Sola Somercrag reformed Her Vanguard and rode to Allerton, Duke Brennar's next supposed target, to investigate and bring the Duke to justice.
In reaction to the rioting, Terin Foxworth is confined to her home off The Royal Lawn, where she is kept under the watch of Royal guards.
Orchestrated by Lady Laycie Sawler, Terin Foxworth's friends Hellna Gaunt, and Darran and Portar Winthrop spring her from her guarded home off The Royal Lawn, Bayglen to visit The Tavern With No Name, Lostgate. The teens fill Terin in on everything that has happened in the Royal Court while she has been under guard and lament over her situation, but ultimately she returns to r home.
The official story, told by the only survivors of the event and proclaimed by Queen Malina Somercrag, is that ser Sola Somercrag and her companions were riding to The City of Bayglen with evidence of Duke Brennar Hayford's crimes when they were caught by an army led by the Duke and his Marshal ser Edam Bracks, themselves doggedly pursued by ser Kyra Crowler and her men-at-arms.
Ser Edam was torn between his loyalty to his Duke and to the crown. When Duke Brennar struck down ser Sola, Edam finally realised he could not stand by and allow this treason, so he had in turn struck down Duke Brennar.
Although the The Kingdom of Somercrag gathered in Fairstrand's Dyrwood for a Tourney, the event came to be infamous for the actions of its Grand Melee, which launched The Revolution of 441KS.
Mattheo Foxworth was discovered to not be amongst the Revolutionary forces in Bayglen Castle. It had been presumed that he was amongst those recieving the care of a Spire Advisor or Barber-Surgeonne in one of the castle's rooms, but now the assumption is that he is amongst the forces commanded by ser Astris Conklyn hunting down the last Royalist Soldiers in Allerton and Haycastle.
On the first day of the new year King Tyon I Cray was crowned by a gathering of his Dukes and Duchesses.
A great number of guests attended the momentous event, not only Somercrag's Lords and Ladies, but also Princett Nym Cimber at the head of a large part from The Kingdom of Rotheval and Prince Emerson Arturson of The Irogonian Royal Family.
As an additional part of the celebrations, the newly crowned King officiated the wedding of Lady Terin Foxworth and Lady Hellna Gaunt, arranged during The Tourney at Fairstrand 441KS. With the sad passing of her brother during the The Battle of Bayglen, Hellna was now to inherit The Gaunt Duchy.
The King also used this moment to dispense justice over the captured Royalist Soldiers. Ser Kyra Crowler was personally executed by the King before the gathered crowd. Other captured soldiers were given an opportunity to bend the knee to the king or be executed in the Castle's grounds, away from the public eye. Non military prisoners were given the opportunity to bend the knee or be exiled from the capital.
In a private meeting with Tyon's Royal Council Ser Allon Southbay was told that while the king would uphold his resolution of The Siege of Haycastle, he did not support it. He also directed the new Lord to strip Edam of his ranks and titles.
Finally, ser Mattheo Foxworth was knighted in absentia for his service in the various battles of the Revolution. Ser Newall Foxworth left Bayglen that evening to attempt to find his missing son.
House Epper of Rushwater hosted a Tourney on behalf of their liege, House Blackbar of Castle Blackbar.
The tourney was won by ser Bramble Epper.
The King and his Princett were married in a ceremony on the The Royal Lawn of Bayglen Castle before their friends and Vassals as well as hundreds of onlookers. This began a week of celebration in the capital, with lavish feasts and entertainment in the Castle for the Lords and Ladies gathered, as well as a public festival which continued on the Royal Lawn and elsewhere throughout the city.
House Rebane of the Ilves hosted a Tourney on behalf of their liege House Skanler of Farcastle.
The final Joust of the Tourney was between ser Kiara Jast, one of Duchess Jaenis Skanler's Sworn Swords, and ser Chrestan Stele of Steleway, one of House Rebane's minor Vassals.
The final outcome of the tilts was unclear, with both knights scoring solid blows against the other but neither succeeding in unhorsing their opponent. Ser Chrestan invited his opponent to dismount and settle the matter afoot, but ser Kiara declined, asking the Lord of The Ilves to settle the matter. This only served to stoke tensions which had been building - both throughout the Tourney itself and through the events of recent years - between members of The Skanler Duchy in the The Witwell Mountains and those in the lowlands.
Lord Nikol, evidently out of his depth, deliberated over the result. As he did, several other knights from both sides of the divide became involved in the growing argument, each swearing to defend the claim of their chosen champion.
The situation was eventually defused by the intervention of ser Carreth Conklyn, ser Allon Southbay and Duchess Jaenis Skanler. The Duchess used her authority to declare the result a draw, and bade both parties to leave The Ilves as soon as they were able, lest their displeasure with the result be interpreted as a problem with her authority. But, though this did result in the matter being settled without further conflict, it only served to further the divide between the houses of the Duchy.
House Tarre of Sentinel Point hosted a Tourney on behalf of their liege, House Foxworth of Fairstrand.
This marks the social debut of Matthias Foxworth, Caddeus Gaunt and Matthis Hayford.
Lady Ophelia Foxworth-Hayford concieved a response to the eruption of The Boxsart Hills, inspired by her own relocation of the oppressed peoples of Barrowton many years ago. Throughout The Kingdom of Somercrag the Duchal Houses would each be responsible for raising fund. These funds would be used to create stores of food, clothing, and other supplies, as well as to to outfit the ships of Somercrag's Royal Fleet for the rescue opertion. The ships would make several trips around the coast of The Continent of Greland, ferrying smallfolk from the worst affected areas on the shores of The Hurst Channelto various ruined or abandoned settlements throughout Somercrag to be settled.
House Lowblade of Serpent's Bridge hosted a Tourney on behalf of their liege House Gaunt of The Hollow.
As the knights in the final stages of the jousting made their preparations on the penultimate day of the event, ser Valentianus Lowblade suffered an accident in his tent, a wound which quickly festered. The quick intervention of Channer, the Spire Advisor of The Hollow, prevented the rapidly spreading infection from taking the knight's life, but took the use of his sword-hand. The remaining jousting was cancelled, and the Tourney ended with no winner declared.
With the passing of their ninth birthday the oldest of Lady Ophelia and ser Newall Foxworth's children were deemed ready to begin their education.
Beginning in March of 451KS Tyon Foxworth served as Squire to ser Evin Malls in The Hollow.
This was ended prematurely in 454KS by the Slaughter at The Hollow.
On the day of Tyon Foxworth's twelfth birthday ser Katriana Foxgard, a knight sworn to his parents, appeared within the walls of The Hollow by Unknown Means.
When confronted by the castle's Men-at-Arms Katriana responded by calling forth Living Shadows to attack them.
She fought her way through the castle until she came upon the young Foxworth Squire, siezing him and spiriting him away from The Hollow.
