A second cousin of ser Anderew Tarbor, Talesin joined the bandits in Old Caulstid after the extinction of his kin, in the hopes of inspiring an uprising, first against House Darklyn and then House Southbay, but ser Allon's successes saw what support he could conjure vanish. Ser Malrik Caul's elimination of the remaining criminal element in Caulstid drove him to flee back to The City of Southbay, where ser Allon found him a bitter drunk in the Galbourg Alley gaol and recruited him for his Band of Heritor Knights.
