A former bouncer at the Storm's Favour Casino in The City of Southbay, Uther would often boast of the heirloom he bore, a locket fashioned from a signet ring with the sigil of House Parne of Southbay. While it is as likely that he killed the true heir in a mugging and took it for himself as it is that he is a descendant of that once noble house, it is impossible to prove decisively, and so he has been accepted into ser Allon Stormborn's Band of Heritor Knights.
