On this day the twentieth of May in the years four-hundred-and-fifty-four in the reckoning of the Kingdom of Somercrag, the undersigned parties make a declaration to cease hostilities between their armies.
The Kingdom of Irogonie agrees to release its prisoners, Duke Newall Foxworth, Lady Ophelia Foxworth, ser Ivvar Bonebrake, ser Nithan Challinder, ser Rodnam Buckhaill, the various knights of the Foxworth Household, and the spire advisor Alis.
The Kingdom of Irogonie also agrees to allow the Foxworth armies to safely retreat from their lands.
In exchange House Foxworth and all their Vassals agree to:
- dismantle all siege weapons and other emplacements built along the Redford River or within twenty miles of it.
- excepting those necessary for the maintenance of the castles, not to keep men under arms within twenty miles of the Redford River.
- to appoint a member of the Dualist Faith to oversee the councils at every level within the duchy, from the Duke's own council down to the Lords of each holding and the Governors of each city.
In addition, House Foxworth of Fairstrand agrees to allow members of the Order of White Knights and the Order of White Knights to enter their lands and establish strongholds there, allowing them to sieze such land or infrastructure as they require in order to establish themselves.
