Republic of Queria
The Republic of Queria is a small coalition of city-states which specialize in trade and operate in an oligarchic manner. They control the trade of luxury and rare goods across Pwenlylyn, controlling major ports which are often used by Almorian and Tzikan traders. Goldhall, the capital, is rife with vibrant culture and tradition due to the continued global trade that passes through the city. Queria is a rich country, filled with extravagant nobility and denoted by its lavish architecture and customs. Marble, Gold, and Xumil are common construction materials throughout Goldhall and other cities in Queria, used to imbue other materials or create embossed and gilded designs. Queria, despite its small size, is a rich and powerful nation that has a direct influence over the economies of those around it. Hedd Edwards, Viscount of Queria, is also the patron of the Eight Scrolls, a religious guild of mages which is slowly gaining prominence due to their spread of a modified form of the more common Faityl faiths.
