General Summary
Pre-prep
The main staff of HFH (including Aidron, Baron, etc), Alys Whistlewood, and Rirlox have just arrived at the outskirts of Luskan in the early evening.Quest: A Trip to Luskan
While Luskan itself isn't a very safe place to travel at night, the large group (Rhistel, Zephrum, Alys, Barin, Bic, Aidron and Rirlox) travelling together won't have any issues with muggers or the sort. Especially with 2 dragons hanging around. So when a random encounter is rolled, any combat related example will just be that encounter, but them looking the group over from the side. However, more organized forces (any of the Pirate bands, or the hustlers by the bridges) will at least try to shake some money out of the group, but won't directly fight with the group.
Also, when traveling around Luskan, if the party gets close to Rat Alley without finding Livi's house, Gineca will start stalking the party from the shadows.
