Those who worship the God of Sparks can often be seen tampering with the connection between the planes and the Sea of Sparks as well as places beyond the reach of current cosmological understanding. Followers of Zeyer fervently stalk the secrets of the universe, constantly seeking out arcane discoveries and answers to the great mysteries of the world such as those held by Modus, Goddess of Secrets and her followers. However, to the faithful of Zeyer, no treasure is greater than the lost knowledge of Ito, the Old God of Creation.

Holidays

Zeyer is celebrated on the solstices and equinoxes as the World Spires are at their closest points to the Sea of Sparks in the Cosmological Cycle. Traditionally followers of Zeyer will step away from their typically solitary pursuits and convene at the World Spires to summon powerful otherworldly beings and power.

Divine Goals & Aspirations

Zeyer wishes to guide the mortals of Jeharr in the pursuit of arcane knowledge and skill. Zeyer does this so that those worthy among the mortals might one day assist him in discovering the lost knowledge of Ito and the secrets of Modus. The Sea of Sparks is a wonderful and frustrating well of near endless power and potential, and yet it lays dormant, fermenting in the absence of skilled hands to mold and utilize it.
Zeyer has tried for years to replicate the techniques of the Old God of Creation and to reach out to Externus, but Modus deftly evades Zeyer as she has for all of eternity and Ito's knowledge seems to have died with him. Zeyer has recognized the independence and potential of mortal kind, however. Of course, he concluded, it would be the children of Ito who would inherit and rediscover the primordial techniques, even if it takes them a few thousand years to figure it out.
The Great Mind, as Zeyer is often called, is great enough to recognize reality. The reality of their existence is that Modus and Zeyer are forever doomed to continue their game of cat and mouse, since even before The Existential Permutation. Mortals, however, are an unknown quantity and may be able to unite the great well of secrets with The Great Mind once and for all.
Zeyer cares little for the interpersonal affairs of the other Gods, but he is far from without enemies. Zeyer has a complicated relationship with Modus, Goddess of Secrets, as their existences are eternally tied in a game of cat and mouse. Zeyer often finds himself at odds with Ervo, Goddess of Observation Blair, Goddess of Fear, Baltus, The New God of Creation, Gaulgulis, God of Damnation and Vaarmeq, God of Chance.
