Lake Kear

SOURCE To the north, the travelers saw a great lake, where the goddess Shai was waiting for them, for her brother Asaki had run ahead of their coming. She greeted them with pleasure and showed them how to master the land and make it their own, and how to build walls to defend their belongings from those who would do them ill. She bid that they stay with her, and some did, forming a city in her heart, an island on her lake, and she was happy, but the rest of the travelers continued on, sensing the end of their journey was near.

Geography

The largest lake in Ken'Ser, it used to be surrounded by beautiful fertile ground. However 200 years ago, in a strife by the gods the area surrounding the lake was destroyed, becoming a poisonous waste. The city in the center, Kearshai, was destroyed.
