The Rubblewall

"The Rubblewall is exactly what you'd expect to find with a bunch of scavengers living in the bones of an ancient city."   ~Margrave Arronax SkinnerElector of Cambreath

Architecture

The Rubblewall is built from slabs of stone dug up from beneath the hill on which Faeling sits. The stones themselves appear to have been used in the construction of houses, and are made from the same unknown material as Citadel Cynosure. Having been repurposed, these do not fit together precisely and wherever possible molten lead has been poured into the cracks and seams to seal them. It gives the entire edifice a deceptively haphazard and frail appearance.

Defenses

The Rubblewall is shot through with secret tunnels and salleyports, hidden murder holes, and traps. Where the design of the Greenwall is rather straightforward as a defensive structure, and the Citadel Cynosure is designed to allow men to outlast their opponents even if vastly outnumbered, the Rubblewall is designed to extract a bloody price for attacking it.
