Arcansa
Arcansa had a revaluation to remove themselfs from Kanada's rule. Kanada never respected Arcansa's ways of life. All ways trying to make them comforme to the Kandain way of life. Arcansa asked for help from the U.S.A in there revaluation, witch they did. They where on where there own for a few years before they decided to join the U.S.A. Being fully happy that the U.S.A let them rule over themselfs the way they want too.
In the modern era Arcansa is best known for being able to train animals, Fish, and there wonderful landscapes. being so far north and unattached to the rest of the U.S.A its a treat to visit. It's diffrent take on magic and spells bring wonder to each who sees them cast. As Arcansa dose not have Abundant Natural Mana Lines. So casters in Arcansa make there own Mana Reserves Each caster has there own way of making Mana. Some uses there own blood or blood of other red blooded animals, Other use seashells or stones, and others simply pray.
Structure
Arcansa is a country of Tribes and clans, with many dirffrent regonal ways of how tribes work. Every time Arcansa is called to speak to the union they chose a driffrent tribe leader to repectent the country. As there is no one offcal leader of Arcansa.
Culture
Arcansa has 17 diffrent regons witch all have there own cultures and ways of life. There is some things that tie all of Arcansa, as no matter how driffrent the 17 regons there are things that brings them togreather.
One of the biggest country wide actives in Arcansa is, Sanarin. A grade race that goes threw all 17 regons of Arcansa. Where there is only two rules, Do kill other people or animals in the race, and no magic of any kind. This race that happens every 5 years is a huge deal; even people outside of Arcansa are instered in watching the race; Some lucky forginers are even able to join in the race.
Demography and Population
Arcansa is manily Human, while on the cost Half-Koroblins are semi-common.
These Half-Koroblins come from Koroblins who more then 2,000 years ago sailed to Arcansa. The history of why they went there is a mix of true oral history and tales. These koroblins became fully entergrated into coastal tribes of Arcansa. Now leaving Only half-Koroblins who came from said Koroblins. These Half-Koroblins are known for having a high amount of Resistance to the cold.
Foreign Relations
Arcansa has a true hate to Kanada for the many evils that they have done to them. Arcansa isnt shy to teach others about what Kanada has done to them and others.
While on the other hand Arcansa has fair to good realationships to much of the union of the U.S.A. Arcansa even has a fine relation ship to Kayama and Tapyoka. Making Arcansa one of the only countries who do not have a bad relationship with Tapyoka.
