Mandas has a bit of a subcultue of people who are agiest the drinking and partying of the rest of the country. These people's are outcasted from most of the country. Spending their free time having fun at parks with in the country. Non-Drinkers with in Mandas as much as they are outcasted are still seen as imporant and better at more serirros jobs.

Mandas has the lowest drinking age in the union with the dirnking age being 16. This is a huge contrayery in the Union as a whole. As many counties want Mandas to up the age to at least 18 and idealy 20.
