Dexa was a part of the first 4 countries that joined together to make the U.S.A. Dexa Says that they where the ones to first come up with the idea of the U.S.A (they weren't) But they sure act like they do. They also like to act like most of the ideals of the U.S.A. Saying that money, And being your self. Dexa is a bold place to be, It's loud and colorful. People try there best to make every bit of there lifes one of a kind. From houses to bus stops every building has to be diffrent, Weather its shape, color, or what its made of. This goes to people to, Each person dresses them selfs in there own way to try to look one of a kind. Many people change there body, like getting pricings, cutting there noses or ears, and of course tattoos.
But over the years that became to much for the rest of the U.S.A. So they toned out a bit over the years. tho many who live in Dexa still try to bring there old traditions back.
Now Dexa is most seen as the fashion Capital of the U.S.A (tho they would say the whole world) If you want to be a model Dexa is the place to start. With many highly popular fashion houses being from Dexa.
Dex is a hot and sandy desert but you wouldnt know that by going to one of it's major cities. And mages of all kinds try their hardest to make the envoremint of cties what they want it to be. With little regrade to how changing regional climinte like this could effect the rest of the desert.
Culture
Just about every store in Dexa has some type of gimic to get customs to come into their store. Cities in Dexa is a contect cretores dream, There is new somthing to flim and post every day here. Tho many older peopel who live in the city and grow sick and tried of the high levels of change that just about every part of the city has.
People in Dexa Care about their looks so much that using magic to change your looks is extreamly common. It is cheaper then getting surgery for the same effects. The down side tho is its not uncommon for people to attack others by displaying the magic they use to change how they look.
Public Agenda
Dexa wants everyone to know that they are the best, and the most free, and cooler then everyone else. Not just cooler then everyone else in the U.S.A Union but the whole world.
Many other countries find this attadute very anoying; and not many other pleaces have great feelings about Dexa. Yet tourist still enjoy coming here at least once.
