Al Renya
Al Renya is the homeland of the Renyan Unitary and primarily a temperate forest land. In the centre of it is the large forest Alk Abana. There are four seasons in Al Renya; a warm spring and summer that moves into a cold autumn and winter. Throughout all seasons there is sporadic rain.
Alk Abana
This is a massive forest that sits in the middle of Al Renya. It provides enough lumber to drive most of the local economy. The centre of the area is sacred as the birthplace of the Alkken. Many roads cut through it, leading to cities on the other side. There is said to be old world ruins deep within the trees.Ald Bayhenesa
Pop: 40800 One of the main trading ports. Located near the Tower of Aux. It gets wood delivered to it which it trades overseas. It has large shipbuilding ports. It has a river to the south and the Tower of Aux to the North. Rural areas and infrastructure extend northward into a large bay. Roads extend west and south.Geography
Al Renya is around 850 km from north to south. It has northern borders brushing up against rivers from Bast and southern borders claimed near the edge of The Drowned Land. It is the traditional home land of the Renyan Unitary.
Fauna & Flora
The forest has smaller creatures like mink and squirrels. Dogs and bears hunt in the forest and are often tamed by the locals, they prey on the banteng and deer that live locally. Renyans keep herds of pigs, cows and hives of bees. In the rivers you can find small fish and crabs.
Natural Resources
The primary resource is lumber from Alk Abana. Quarries extract stone at various places in the area, the stone tends to be brown except on the eastern coast where it is grey. In the north the practice of growing rice has been picked up from the Gypts but the local species of potatoes and wheat are more common in the south.
