Sanguine
The Red Dragon Sanguine
Sanguine believed he was the greatest dragon of all, and he was certainly one of the most powerful. He demanded greatness from his bonded Councilor Koster Mayhew, and they destroyed the dwarven homeland to take their greatest weapon for themselves. But Sanguine came to enjoy the power trip of the Council of Dragons, throwing his weight against issues to force the metallic dragons to act just a bit more like him. The Fey Court turned him into a Shadow Dragon for a time, but those years hardly weigh on him at all. He wouldn't have done much differently if he weren't in control, and he got his revenge on the Queen of Night and Magic in the end.
Time has been kind to the red dragon. He loves the food his servants cook for him and goes to bed every night upon his hoard with the warmth of a full belly. In fact, Sanguine has become so notably overweight that the other dragons have started making fun of him for it.
