The citizens of Milicië are Milician. The ruling dynasty of Milicië are the Bosch. Their titles include King of Milicië, Lord of Altiçe, Master of the Seas and Captain of the Dolphinspeare. The Banner of the Kingdom of Milicie, also known as the Dolphin Banner, depicts a dolphin on a blue field. Naturally the blue field symbolises the ocean. The dolphin, on the otherhand, signifies friendship; owing to the symbiotic relationship between the Milician and dolphins (for the herding and catching of fish).
