The Duchy of Östfall is a duchy in the north-west of Venasahn. The capital of the Duchy of Östfall is Krónuborg. Their national animal is the opossum. The citizens of Östfall are Östfallian. The ruling dynasty of Östfall are the Krönenberg. Their titles include Duke of Östfall, Lord of Krónuborg, Leader of the Östfallian and Bearer of the Blue Bannered Hills. The flag of the Duchy of Östfall is often called the Blue Bannered Hills. The background is made up of a murky ocean-blue. The blue depicts the skies of Östfall, and signifies the importance of the sea in Östfallian culture. Along the bottom half of the flag run the Feyin. On top of one of the hills stands a lone tower; a call-back to the feudal nature of Östfall and the Östfallian landscape. Above the tower floats a golden crown, signifying the righteous rule of the House of Krönenberg. Their wealth and jurisdiction spreads over all the land.
