Thurmond is a huge man, standing just shy of seven feet tall and has a broad, muscular build. He has a long black beard and a braided mustache.

Biography

Background

Thurmond was born to Torbjörn Thorfinnson, the High Priest of Buskagar’s Sect of the Cult of Thór. He was made an Alle at the age of 24 and at the age of 26 he participated in the Battle of Hjörungavágr with his father. Ragi Erikson also fought in this battle and it was Thurmond who saved him from bleeding to death when his arm was severed by Thorgest the Tall.
Thurmond served as a mentor to Gunnar in his youth.
