Saltmarsh Mining Company Headquarters

Now the headquarters of the Saltmarsh Mining Company, this was formerly a mansion owned by a local family. It contains both the personal quarters of Manistrad Copperlocks and space for several dwarven clerks, who manage the affairs of the mine.

Purpose / Function

Once this complex served as a mansion for a local fishing family, but it was purchased by the empire in 211 IA and is the heart of the Saltmarsh Mining Company's executive operations, ranging from housing staff to all the paperwork regarding shipments to and from the docks.

Architecture

As an old manor, the building is done in typical coast colonial style of locally harvested timber. It sits comfortably at one story, with the interior being of a similar fashion; albiet adorned with more modern and dwarven decor.

History

The manor was built decades ago for a semi-prominent fishing family, which has since declined. The last member of the family sold the building to the Saltmarsh Mining Company, taking the profits and moving to Seaton
