Bastion of Miphus

One of two fortresses in Meintalia that stand to defend the country against the undead that slip across the border from Enuthia. It's a heavily fortified imperial remnant from Faramel's Invasion, one of the few military structures still standing in western Meintalia from this age. 

Paladins belonging to The Church of Mortality and the Shield of Miphus use this as a primary bastion in their pledge to preserve life. It is named for Miphus, Goddess of Protection.
