A city in two pieces half of Nassos resides on the east shore and the other half on the west shore of the Mezeran Bay. Great bridges and docks connect the two sides and spanning the Mezeran River is the great Glass Palace of Eckril. Nassos is the unofficial capital of Eckril as it is where most political machinations take place and Prince Damali of Catalone the ruling king takes up residence.
As the great trading port of Eckril everything here has its price and everything is for sale. You can find anything here if you know where to look but take care not to get on the wrong side of the merchants they have more power than the guards at times. And the guards of The Lucre Watch are not to be trifled because in the prisons of Eckril everything is for sale.

Great walls encircle the city, stretching out into the bay leaving only a few gaps as predetermined trade gates. Military forts rest on the small islands around the city and inland three large forts protect the Northern, Eastern, and Western sides.

When people think of Eckril they think of Nassos. The diversity, invention, and luxury of the city is what most travelers will see. Those that travel inland are extremely surprised to see how most of the population of Eckril are peasants, basic humanoids, and rather boring. The only good thing about traveling outside the city is the prices for basic goods drop considerably.
