The First Island
The First Island is the one true continent of Minrath. The countries of Eckril , Lodoss, Garthie, Kikrin, Vilhum Du, and The Underdark reside within it along with The Great Fresh Sea a massive lake in the interior of the land that feeds all of its rivers. In the center of the Great Fresh Sea surrounded by jutting mountains is the Fountain of Minrath - this is where it is believed that Minrath’s tears come to earth - a never-ending fount of water from the sky that is salty coming down but upon traveling through the mountains is fresh. This area is highly sacred and is a neutral zone for all nations but is primarily used by the six great nations on the First Island. The Monks of Minrath keep their primary temple there. The lands of the First Island are a more traditional fantasy landscape the further one travels from the First Island the more fantastical the world becomes.
