Kikrin
Among the mountain peaks rests the only country not divided by the main rivers is the land of the flying creatures, Kikrin. Controlled by the Ancient Gold Dragon Mathipan the Wise, this land is less a unified country and more a series of tribes that all independently live and rule themselves. Mathipan will settle disputes and protect the freedom of the tribes from outsiders and represent them in international matters.
