Skagi-Portal Network
A network of portals connected using the residual power from the magic that sundered Skagi, splitting the small village into several shards occupying the space-between-Planes. Each semi-permanent portal is comprised of two halves of a magic item crafted by the combined efforts of Fenbi Truefin, Wroza, and Bendar. Travel between each section of the portal is instantanous as the traveler slips between the Planes and arrives at the target location, but the teleportation magic is wild and powerful, causing some that pass through the portals to be rended by raw and otherworldly forces as they pass through.
