This massive, humid plain stretches from the Effluvian Jungle in the north, the Northern Rachis Range in the east, the Inland Sea to the south, and the Northern Grand Canal to the west, and spans an area nearly 100 miles wide. Despite its rich soil, the vast majority of the region is uncultivated, allowing for long, tall grasses and sparse trees to soak up rains that gather strength over the jungle to the northwest. Communities of Leonin and Centaur are predominant here, and Xhogumal caravans are a common sight in the colder months. A few trading villages exist along the roads that span its length, such as Segland. Beasts in the area are plentiful and grow quite large off the land, making the territory excellent for hunters who show the proper respect.
