Drow Royal House that has fallen on hard times.
Having tending to the undergrowth for thousands of years, their contributions are always felt, but rarely seen. The amount of time spent underground has enhanced their senses in darkness, but left them vulnerable to sunlight. As a result, most Drow end up being night owls.
Having been assigned as Royal Protectors to the 5th High Queen, House Helvit'tar was finally in a long-overdue position of greatness. Unfortunately, with the death of the High Queen, their duties ended, and another family was chosen as Royal Protectors to the 6th, with House Helvit'tar relegated to supporting them. When the 6th High Queen also died prematurely, House Helvit'tar lost all status within the Royal Court.
