Unicorns
The light cavalry regiment of the Empire of Alharien was made up almost entirely of woman. While some of the high ranking officers did indeed ride Unicorn into battle, the majority of mounts were a special kind of horse breed. While fast, agile and fearless in battle these horses were comparably not strong - hence the unit preferred lighter riders in there ranks. The traditional armor of theses horses came with a sharp metal horn on the head on the head. This horn for once did uphold the myth of the Unicorn rider - but was also used for devastating cavalry charges.

Disbandment
