Alpha

The highest rank of werewolf.

Alphas are usually leaders of packs, although they may be lone-wolves, or members of Alpha Packs.

The power is usually inherited, either by killing an Alpha, or naturally on the death of the previous Alpha. However there are other ways to become an Alpha, including being a True Alpha, or by killing other members of an Alphaless Pack.
