Eel River Pack
The pack was founded in the 1940s by Ito Satomi after she became an Alpha. Satomi is a devout buddhist, and drew heavily on her faith when establishing the ethos of her pack. As a result, they avoid conflict wherever possible, and prize self-control among their members.
The pack is notable for having no Emissary. After their former emissary chose to take his own lie out of shame after his actions lead to the California Nemeton being cut down, the Druid Order decreed that no new emissary would be assigned to them until every member of the pack who witnessed the tragedy had died. Due to Satomi's incredible longevity, this has meant they have not had an emissary since 1950.
