The California Nemeton
In the 1950s, the Nemeton was cut down by Samuel Eichman, who believed it posed a threat to the humans of Beacon Hills. However it retain some of its magical power, and the Hale Pack continued to guard it.
In 2011 it was revived by the efforts of Jennifer Blake, Marin Morrell, and Peter Hale using human sacrifice.
