Joint Mars Readiness Training Center

The Joint Mars Readiness Training Center (JMRTC) is a TASA base co-located at Fort Huachuca, Arizona y Sonora, UNAS. The location was chosen due to its similarity to Martian geography and isolation from hazards and major population centers. TASA Marines from around the world pass through JMRTC for predeployment training before heading on to Mars. The JMRTC features advanced simulators, firing ranges, and mock Martian villages to run training scenarios, as well as dozens of transient barracks. Like the UNAS owned Fort that the JMRTC borrows real estate from, the Training Center is serviced by the nearby city of Sierra Vista.
