City Plateau
The City Plateau is the name for the raised, flat-packed mesa in the middle of Ostelliach formed by the Rivers of Grave & Charity on either side slowly eroding the land nearby. It has little vegetation and is primairly hard-packed stone that the Cities of Mercy and Wrath are built upon. The Tryst is the third structure making up the settlement triangle that City Plateau is known for.
Over the years, the Plateau rises in elevation relative to the surrounding areas as the rivers slowly eat away at its base. There is no documented concern for the stability of the plateau any time in the next thousand or more years, so it's mostly a fun fact mentioned on tours.
