Saba

The original silver dragon, Saba serves as the Grand Vizier of The Free Cities, a role she has fulfilled for centuries.
She first settled in the southern part of the Eastern Continent, enjoying the contrast of the hot climate with her natural cold. Before long she  saw the danger inherent in the expansionist land of Denawyn, and decided to help the thin line of buffer cities that prevented Jedrak from expanding further into the continent. Unlike her brother Lith, she had no desire to be a queen, and instead positioned herself as an advisor.
