Hollow's Last Hope, Part 1
General Summary
Knowing the journey to be long, four newly-acquainted companions set out from Fjordhaven to answer the call of the wild and find the taint everyone in Falcon's Hollow is on about.
Along the way, Braskan graciously assisted Milo and Azim with their language-learning, and Therg even chuckled at a few of their "jokes."
After Azim negotiated a fair price with the herbalist Laurel to gather ingredients for a cure, Therg greased the palm of one Boss "Pay Day" Teedum to introduce them to Milon Rhoddam, a local woodsman, who gave them a map of the area. Finally setting off into Darkmoon Vale, they encountered a trapped firefoot fox, but it turned out it was bait for another trap. A hobgoblin poacher attacked them from a high perch, but was eventually taken out by crossbow bolts, a few javelins, and a well-timed daze spell. Having secured their unconscious attacker, the party made camp for the night by the lake.
